Sonashi started in 1992 as a Hong Kong sourcing operation with a simple goal: find manufacturers who could build consumer electronics that lasted, and bring those products to markets that needed them.
A year later, we set up our headquarters in Dubai under Joint Ven Trading Co. LLC. The UAE was growing fast, and families needed dependable appliances at prices that made sense. We focused on getting the basics right — reliable blenders, sturdy irons, fans that could handle Gulf summers — and earned our retail shelf space one product at a time.
Three decades later, our product range covers kitchen, personal care, home comfort, and audio. We work with over 300 retailers across the Emirates and ship to more than 80 countries. The goal has not changed: make useful things well, price them fairly, and stand behind them when something goes wrong.
